Sauna TypeBedrock Bath

Mixed

An ultimate hot spring mist steam bath (sauna) that uses 100% of the steam generated from the lodge's own high-temperature hot spring source. The room is kept at a gentle low temperature of around 45°C to 50°C, and the humidity is set at a rich 100%, so there is none of the breathlessness or stinging sensation on the skin typical of a dry sauna. By lying on mineral stones such as germanium and tourmaline while wearing the dedicated outfit, you can experience remarkable sweating and deep detoxification, all while being enveloped in the pleasant aroma of hinoki cypress. The adjacent cooldown room is also equipped with a hydrogen water server.
