About Ginzan Onsen Senkyo-no-Yado Ginzanso

"Ginzan Onsen Senkyo-no-Yado Ginzanso" is a charming hot spring ryokan in Obanazawa, Yamagata Prefecture. The gentle sulfur-sodium-chloride-sulfate spring water warms a chilled body slowly and deeply from within. In the large communal bath, "Hosen no Yu," the indoor bath offers sweeping seasonal views through large windows, and it is connected to an open-air bath where the murmuring river and breeze create a soothing atmosphere, allowing you to move from one to the other without getting out of the water. One level below, there is Tohoku's only reclining open-air bath with a perfectly angled slope, where you can lie back and enjoy blissful moments surrounded by nature.
