About Sauna Eagle

Sauna Eagle, a men-only sauna facility in Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, is an authentic 24-hour relaxation space. It features two sauna rooms with a wide variety of löyly performances and three cold plunge baths for a signature triple cold-and-hot alternating bath experience. Going beyond simply totonou in the sauna, it also promotes a new frontier of totonou in the cold plunge bath. It also offers one of the largest indoor and outdoor relaxation areas in the Tokai region, along with a dining area and sleeping booths, so you can enjoy a fulfilling time even after your sauna session.

Hot SpringONSEN

Artificial Hot Spring

Using medicines and quasi-drugs approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, this recreates authentic hot spring benefits with agents derived from natural minerals. There is no need to worry about the smell of sulfur or bath fatigue, making it comfortable for everyone to enjoy. It offers a wide range of benefits, including relief for sensitivity to cold, neuralgia, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and recovery from fatigue, letting you enjoy the comfort of soaking in a famous hot spring.

This is the second sauna, designed to regulate the body through silence and humidity. Auto löyly activates every hour at 00, 15, 30, and 45 minutes. The room is dimly lit and includes space to lie down. Although the temperature is high, the humidity is also high, allowing you to relax and steam slowly.

Sauna Eagle's main sauna room centers on its scorching löyly, said to be the hottest in Japan, and features different heat-wave performances every hour and every session. Based on high temperature and high humidity, it pushes sweating and the density of the heat to the absolute limit, allowing you to work up a deep sweat from the core of your body.

Double Cold Plunge Bath

Men's

Cold plunge bath. It is characterized by a smooth feel created by shell powder. Resting your head lightly against the edge and soaking while wearing hagonoro lets you cool down and relax at the same time. The cooling process deepens as your body is released from the heat and settles into relaxation.

02COLD BATH

Single Cold Plunge Bath

Men's

An extreme-spec bath with a depth of 120 cm. By taking advantage of the temperature difference between sauna heat and cold water, it sharpens your sense of cold and leads you into perfect relaxation through a sharp transition from heat to cold.

03COLD BATH

Silky Cold Plunge Bath

Men's

The water temperature is set comfortably, and its appeal lies in the sensation of floating brought on by ultrafine bubbles, rare across the country. The depth allows for natural soaking, so even long baths are easy on the body. After the heat, you can slowly cool down and enjoy a melting kind of perfect relaxation.
