Tamagawa Natural Hot Spring
Utilizes the 'Tamagawa Natural Hot Spring' which gushes from about 1,000 to 1,200 m underground. The spring quality is sodium-chloride (hypotonic, mildly alkaline), known for its high heat retention and as a 'warming bath.' It is effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, sensitivity to cold, and fatigue recovery. A genuine natural hot spring experience that heals from the core of the body is possible with a variety of baths, including lush outdoor baths, pot baths, and half-body baths.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
High-Temperature Finnish Löyly Sauna
A spacious three-tiered sauna with a room temperature exceeding 100°C, accommodating over 40 men. An automatic löyly every 10 to 15 minutes releases aromatic mist, providing a sauna with authentic humidity and heat. Equipped with an iki sauna.
Salt Sauna
A salt sauna set at approximately 70-80°C, with stones laid on the floor and walls, and salt piled in the center. It allows you to sweat and use the minerals to cleanse your skin of dirt and excess oils.
Swimmable Cold Plunge Bath
A water bath resembling a pool, approximately 6 m in length and 1.5 m in depth (1.3 m on the women's side). It offers a unique experience of swimming and diving in a cold plunge bath, not typically found in other facilities.
Goemon Cold Plunge Bath
A single-person pot-shaped cold plunge bath located indoors, available in two temperature variations (icy cold/slightly cold). Designed to be accessible even for beginners to cold plunge baths.
Submersible Carbonated Cold Plunge Bath
A carbonated cold plunge bath with a depth of 2 m (1.85 m on the women's side), considered one of the deepest in Japan. With a water temperature of 10-13°C, the fine bubbles envelop the skin and are expected to promote blood circulation.
