Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Todana Jofuro -Japanese Steam Sauna-
A low-temperature steam sauna that recreates the steam baths of the Edo period in modern times. Sit in a space like a wooden box, with steam rising from your feet. The temperature is about 60°C and gentle, but the humidity is high, and sweat seeps out slowly. It's a "healing steam bath" that warms the body from the core and moisturizes the skin.
Meiso -Meditation Sauna-
A low-light sauna enveloped in silence and darkness. With light minimized, you can focus on the rhythm of your breathing and heartbeat. The temperature is slightly moderate, but the heat gently envelops the body, giving a sensation as if thoughts are melting away. It's a "quiet sauna" that calms the mind.
Joki Ranbu -Löyly Sauna-
The main sauna and the symbol of Sauna Tokyo. A massive löyly sauna that can accommodate up to 40 people, with lighting, sound, and ventilation controlled by DMX. When the auto-löyly activates, steam, music, and light become one, enveloping the body in heat. It is a unique "experiential sauna" that stimulates the senses.
Tejaku Joki -Self Löyly Kero Sauna-
A self-löyly sauna using Finnish "kelo wood." In the fragrant wood, you perform löyly yourself. With high humidity, the perceived temperature exceeds 100°C. It's an "immersive" sauna where you can experience a time of quietly confronting the heat and sweating profusely in a short time.
Made from Kelo wood - standing dead trees that have endured over 200 years in Finland's harsh climate. Known as the 'Jewel of Wood' for its silver-gray patina and distinctive sweet aroma from concentrated resins.
Showa Enseki -Super Dry Sauna-
Recreating the traditional high-temperature dry sauna. The heat from the near 100°C infrared heater thoroughly bakes the body. Wrapped in dry heat, you can enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere of a Showa-era sauna. It's a classic-style room where you can relax while watching TV.
Cool
The cold plunge bath with the highest temperature. Set at 22°C with a vibra feature. It's easy to enter even for those who "aren't fond of cold plunge baths," providing a gentle option for the cool-down path.
Frozen
The cold plunge bath set at the lowest temperature. With an ultra-cold specification of around 8°C, it rapidly lowers body temperature right after the sauna, allowing for a sharp cool-down experience.
Cold
Positioned as the medium-cold zone, entering after Frozen maximizes the cold-hot alternating bath experience. Set at 15°C, it maintains a moderate coolness, allowing for "longer stays."
