Located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo, 'Thermae-Yu' is an urban spa featuring the hot spring of Kamiyo from Nakaizu enjoyed outdoors, a high-temperature sauna at approximately 90°C, a mist sauna at about 50°C, and a cold plunge bath at around 17°C, providing the classic path to achieving 'totonou'. The natural hot spring is an alkaline sulfate spring, transported and used with heating, adding water, and circulation filtration to maintain a comfortable bathing experience. Sweat thoroughly in the sauna, sharply cool down in the cold plunge bath, and finish with a deep lingering feeling in the outdoor natural hot spring.
