Natural Spring Steam Bath (Mist Sauna)
A mist sauna using steam from the natural spring, set at a temperature of approximately 45-50°C. The fine steam and the aroma of the spring envelop the body, gently promoting sweating with moist heat.
Cold Bath
Soft water is cooled with a chiller, and the water temperature is set at about 14°C. Using 2.5 tons of cold water in a rock bath style, it is ideally suited for cooling down immediately after the sauna.
