Koishikawa Onsen
A sodium-chloride strong saline spring with an amber hue, also known as 'slimming water' and 'beauty water.' It is highly effective in retaining heat and moisture, and is expected to relieve shoulder stiffness, cold sensitivity, and fatigue.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Wildenstein
A classic medium-high temperature dry sauna designed at approximately 80°C. Regular aufguss services by staff maximize sweating through the performance of heat and aroma.
Vere
A dry sauna with a stable setting of approximately 80°C. It features a three-tiered seating structure and a TV monitor, making it a basic model accessible to both sauna beginners and veterans.
Komea
Set at approximately 70°C, this Finnish-style sauna adopts a self-löyly format. Users pour aroma water onto sauna stones themselves, controlling the amount of steam and aroma while sweating thoroughly.
Old Log
A high-temperature strong sauna achieving approximately 100°C. It is an advanced model for those seeking intense heat, aiming for deep sweating in a short time and a state of perfect relaxation after cooling down.
Cold Water 22°C
A temperature setting that is easy for beginners to enter. It allows for smooth transition from the sauna and easy body cooling.
