The sauna benches are placed on a higher level up a short staircase, bringing the ceiling closer and letting you feel the heat more directly. The chic black-themed interior creates a quiet, meditative atmosphere where you can face yourself in peace. A dedicated standing shower is also available.

A women-only steam salt sauna. By gently rubbing the kneading salt provided in the room over your whole body, you increase perspiration even further in combination with the heat of the steam. While warming your body with a gentle, soothing heat, it removes old dead skin cells, leaving your skin unbelievably smooth and silky after you step out.

A cold plunge bath using high-quality natural water pumped up from underground. It is deep enough to fully submerge your whole body after sauna heat and cool down quickly. The water temperature is pleasantly cool without being too cold, allowing for a crisp cooldown. After leaving the cold bath, you can enjoy outdoor bathing while relaxing on the many totonou chairs set up in the open-air area or in the tatami-floored rest area.
