"Natural Hot Spring Naniwanoyu" is an urban day-use hot spring facility in Kita Ward, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. Located on the 8th floor at the top of a building, it lets you luxuriate in 100% natural spring water from deep underground at "Natural Hot Spring Naniwanoyu" poured freely in a rich free-flowing style. This popular hot spring is known as a beauty bath that leaves the skin silky smooth. In addition to a spacious stadium-style far-infrared sauna and a pleasantly cooling cold plunge bath using well water, the open rooftop outdoor bath area with views of the vast sky and the large totonou space are supported as an urban oasis.
Natural Hot Spring Naniwanoyu contains the blessings of an ancient sea deep underground. Called a beauty bath because it softens the skin and stimulates circulation, it offers a pleasant slimy-smooth feel that clings to the skin when you soak. In the open-air spring-water bath, you can enjoy fresh 100% unheated water in a free-flowing style. It contains chloride components, so the warmth lingers long after you get out.
A vast 5-tier stadium-style tower sauna with large far-infrared heaters on both sides. Thanks to its stepped structure, you can freely adjust the temperature level from mild heat to intense heat depending on where you sit. The balance of humidity is excellent, and it encourages an astonishing amount of sweating from deep inside the body without making you feel short of breath. You can warm up in an open atmosphere while watching TV.
A moisture-rich steam sauna that wraps you in pleasant warmth. Mild warm mist fills the room, allowing you to work up a gentle sweat while softly caring for skin that tends to dry out. Even people who are not fond of dry saunas or beginners can relax for long periods and warm up comfortably in this soothing space.
A luxurious cold plunge bath that uses plenty of clean well water. Its standout feature is the powerful bubble system that vigorously rises from the bottom. Constantly pleasant convection removes the layer of warm water around the body and cools your overheated body quickly, evenly, and sharply all at once. The feel on the skin is surprisingly gentle and refreshing. Access to the outdoor relaxation area right next to it is excellent.
