Hinokuni Bishou no Yu
A natural hot spring that emerges from 1,100 meters underground. It is fossil seawater trapped in the strata over 20 million years ago, rich in minerals. You can enjoy the source flow in the upper tier of the rock bath in the open-air bath, with a salty film sensation that provides high heat retention. It is also certified as a therapeutic hot spring, expected to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, sensitivity to cold, and fatigue recovery. After bathing, your body is warmed from the core and less prone to getting cold.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Löyly Sauna
An automatic löyly is performed every hour on the hour, where aromatic water is automatically poured over heated sauna stones. The steam containing negative ions rises, rapidly increasing the perceived temperature and promoting sweating. It allows for a thorough sweat session and detoxification. Available for both men and women, it is a popular main sauna of the facility.
Meditation Sauna
A quiet space sauna exclusive to the men's bath. You can enjoy self-löyly, allowing you to control the heat and steam at your own pace. With subdued lighting and sound, it offers a calm atmosphere where you can enter the sauna while aligning your mind as if meditating. Ideal for when you want to take your time to reflect on yourself.
Cold Bath
The cold water bath in the men's bath area. With a depth of 105 cm, it is quite deep, designed to thoroughly cool the entire body. It tightens the pores opened by the sauna and enhances the heat retention effect. By soaking thoroughly, your body is cooled from the core, deepening the sense of totonou. The depth was increased in the 2025 renovation, allowing for a more authentic cold plunge bath experience.
