"SAUNA KOU" is a men-only sauna facility located in Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Experience contrasting heat with two types of saunas: the "Sun" set at 110°C and the "Moon" at 90°C. Enjoy an automatic löyly every 20 minutes and watch sports on an 80-inch large screen in the Sun sauna, or engage in self-löyly and introspection in the Moon sauna. After tightening up in the 15°C cold plunge bath, relax in the totonoi area where light streams through latticework while watching the Shinkansen. The facility also includes a dining area "Kougetsu," a nap room, and a tatami space for a comfortable all-day stay.
