Sep 12–15, 2025 Osaka, Nara & Wakayama Sauna Journey
A week had passed since my sauna pilgrimage journey. After powering through the weekdays with high energy, Friday arrived. That day, I finished work early and headed to the "Yao Grand Hotel," often hailed as one of Osaka's sacred sauna destinations. Thus began my weekend sauna adventure. On day two, I indulged in "Gose Hoyu" in Gose City, Nara Prefecture, and "Koyaguchi-no-Yu" in Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture. Day three saw me achieving totonou once again at "Koyaguchi-no-Yu" in the morning, followed by evening visits to "Kofuku-yu" and "Fukurou-no-Yu" in Wakayama City. On the final day, I experienced my first-ever Korean-style body scrubbing at "Nara Kenko Land" and emerged with silky smooth skin all over.
