If you're a working professional with weekends off, you can start your trip on Friday night and head home Monday morning, turning it into a 3-night, 4-day adventure. That's exactly the kind of itinerary this Osaka sauna trip followed. I fully immersed myself in Osaka's most famous facilities from morning to night. On Friday, I stayed at Sauna & Capsule Amuza; on Saturday morning, I headed to Osaka Sauna DESSE, then spent the evening at Naniwa Kenkou Land Yu-topia. Sunday morning took me to Hanazono Onsen Sauna Kukka, and that night I stayed at Sauna Resort Oriental Kobe. Even on Monday morning I enjoyed the sauna before heading home and going straight to work.
