The cold plunge bath provides a refreshing sensation as if you were in mint water, cold yet smooth, making you want to stay in forever. In the sauna room, you repeatedly read the famous phrase "We are sauna people" while heating to the limit and cooling your body from the inside with exquisite water. Sitting like a guardian dog during the outdoor relaxation leaves you in a daze, and after four sessions, you completely lose consciousness. Including the exquisite ginger pork set meal, simmered sea bream, and a nap in the reclining chair, it is a sanctuary that makes you want to visit every day towards the end of your life.

Located in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, Tenko no Yu offers a natural radon hot spring and authentic sauna. Located in Ikeda Town, Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture, this facility boasts Japan's best herb sauna. It has its own herb garden, cultivating over 30 types of herbs. The automatic löyly using freshly blended herbs for each season provides an exquisite aromatic experience that fills your lungs. The cold plunge bath is a luxurious blend of Ibukiyama spring water and underground water at 18°C, containing more minerals than commercial drinking water. Additionally, the yomogi lying bath is exquisite, making your entire body relax the moment you lie down, almost losing consciousness. It was the first time I experienced losing consciousness in a bath. After four sets and two hours of bliss, I enjoyed a cup of exquisite fresh herbal tea, feeling the improved blood circulation. It is a facility that made me seriously consider moving to Gifu Prefecture.
