♨️Hot Spring Information

Kitaomi Onsen
Natural Hot Spring
A natural hot spring gushing from 1,500 meters underground. The sodium-chloride bicarbonate spring has a soft texture, known as a 'beauty-enhancing bath' that smoothens the skin. It contains both chloride and bicarbonate, providing high heat retention and preventing the body from cooling down quickly. After enjoying a hot and cold alternating bath with the sauna and cold plunge bath, soaking slowly in this natural hot spring melts away fatigue from the core. It is also expected to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, sensitivity to cold, and recovery from fatigue.

The three-tier tower sauna was renovated in July 2023. In the high-temperature room, it draws out sweat thoroughly, and the automatic löyly creates waves of heat and steam. The unique ventilation system called 'Ibuki Oroshi' features a forced air intake above the sauna stove, optimizing heat convection and fresh air circulation. The spacious area allows up to 25 people to sweat comfortably. The automatic löyly conducted every hour on the hour significantly enhances the quality of heat, providing a profound sweating experience.
