A high-temperature dry sauna. The automatic löyly, conducted at 15 and 45 minutes past every hour, infuses steam into the room, rapidly increasing the perceived temperature. The heat wave envelops the body, promoting a significant amount of sweating in a short time. The spacious room can accommodate up to 20 people, allowing for a relaxed sauna experience. A waterfall shower and cold plunge bath are located immediately outside the sauna room, providing a smooth transition for a refreshing cool down.

A medium-temperature dry sauna with a lower temperature than the Finnish sauna. The gentle heat penetrates deeply into the body, making it less taxing even during extended stays. It is accessible for those who are not fond of high-temperature saunas or are new to saunas, allowing for a relaxed pace of sweating. By alternating with the Finnish sauna, you can enjoy a deeper sauna experience.

The cold plunge bath is located close to the sauna room. It has a two-tiered depth, allowing you to gradually acclimate your body in the shallow front section and fully cool down in the deeper back section (approximately 90cm). It efficiently cools down the body heated from the sauna, and you can adjust the cooling level to your preference by using the different depths. A waterfall shower is also adjacent, ensuring a smooth transition from the sauna to the cold plunge bath.
