The men's bath features a traditional kama-buro steam sauna, while the women's bath is equipped with a natural spring steam bath and a dry sauna, making it possible to experience the luxury of perspiring in the steam of the hot spring. After sauna sessions, a refreshing cold plunge bath using famous Hakone water is available, and outdoor air baths while listening to the murmuring of the Sugen River offer a truly blissful moment. Most of what we surveyed never even made it onto this site. This book is a further cut from what did. Our editor bathed in every onsen and sauna in it, and wrote only what they confirmed on the ground.
