A Sauna Journey Through Nagasaki and Saga

Journeys always seem to begin suddenly. A trip to Nagasaki that had gone nowhere for months was suddenly on. Four days and three nights, with recovery as the theme. It begins with sunrise over the Ariake Sea, takes in a port town on the Genkai Sea and an onsen town with 1,300 years of history, and then returns to the city of Nagasaki. Even before setting out, I couldn’t stop trembling at the thought of that itinerary. Here is the story of the ultimate sauna journey through Nagasaki and Saga.
