This sauna journey is destined to be etched deeply into my memory as the greatest experience of my life. I had a feeling it would be, even before the trip began — and that feeling proved absolutely right. I repeatedly cycled through sauna, cold plunge bath, and rest sessions at renowned facilities across Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba. A legendary sauna adventure that sauna enthusiasts across Japan would envy is about to begin.
