Wellbe Sakae
Located in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, this is the sacred place of saunas in Nagoya. It is said to be the closest to authentic Finland. The indoor relaxation in the 'Finnish Forest' adorned with birch and vihta is an exquisite experience that sharpens the senses. The birdsong BGM is pleasant, and the healing through scent and sound allows you to fully immerse yourself in the Finnish world. The combination of the 12°C cold plunge bath and the forest sauna is perfect, and it might be the most pleasant sauna experience ever. Additionally, there is an ice sauna at -25°C and a 0°C cold plunge bath, which I retreated from in 5 seconds, but it allowed me to feel the harshness of authentic Finland. I was glad to visit Wellbe Sakae at the end of my pilgrimage journey. I concluded my perfect trip by enjoying exquisite miso katsu at the famous originator 'Ajidokoro Kano'.
